Exclusive agreement with Hamilton Bradshaw Capital Partners for a capital raise of up to £20 million
Holmes Investment Properties Plc (Berlin: J16), the UK property investment company focused on the leisure sector, is pleased to announce that, along with its subsidiary Everyone Entertained Limited (“EvEnt”) it has entered into an exclusive agreement with Hamilton Bradshaw Capital Partners (“HBCP”) for a capital raise of up to £20 million.
HBCP invests both as a principal and with funding partners in companies seeking expansion capital. HBCP’s CEO, Adrian Bradshaw, has a long track record of raising funds for growth companies, which has included many AIM listings and established proprietary investment companies with James Caan. HBCP has also introduced several new members of the EvEnt management team who along with HBCP may become material shareholders in EvEnt.
Under the terms of the exclusive agreement, HBCP will seek to raise funds to support the development and increased roll out of EvEnt’s unique entertainment centres, branded as #EveryoneEntertained, across the UK.
Everyone Entertained plans to develop a minimum of 12 centres nationwide over the next 5-6 years, with each site offering a variety of leisure activities appealing to all age groups. The first centre is set to open in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, in Q2 2019.

Holmes Investment Properties Plc (Berlin: J16), a UK property investment company focused on the leisure sector, listed on the Berlin Stock Exchange in 2011.
Through its subsidiaries, UK Adventure Parks Ltd and HIP Entertainment Properties, HIP plans to work with leisure operators to source plots of land, acquire sites under option agreements, gain planning consents, build the leisure centre site to the operator’s specification and maximise their returns, against a pre-agreed long-term lease with an agreed yield.
