Cariboo Gold Mines announces name change to Holmes Investment Properties PLC

Cariboo Gold Mines PLC has announced a name change to Holmes Investment Properties PLC. At the General Meeting of 27th March 2017, shareholders resolved to change the name of the company. The company under its new name: Holmes Investment Properties PLC will continue to be listed on the Berlin Bourse.

Commenting on the name change, CEO Martin Helme says: “Our major business is Holmes Investment Properties, which acts as the property company for Mr Lloyd’s company. Along with Mr David Lloyd, we are making a lot of progress with respect to finding sites to build the first adventure park venues. More than twelve sites are being actively considered at the moment with work on planning matters and local research well underway by a team of property professionals. We look forward to making some important announcements in this area in the near future.”

The management team are committed to enhancing shareholder value by focusing on a business which is asset backed and has a low overhead base including reduced director salaries, all of whom are shareholders so that directors are aligned with all shareholders in delivering shareholder value.
